RUTA model management was established in 2009 and over a short period of time evolved into one of the most respected model agencies in the Baltic States. Rūta Bartašiūtė, the founder of the agency has over 17 years experience in fashion industry and is known for her professionalism and ability to spot the most promising new faces. We manage 60 models from Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Russia and Belarus and plan each model’s career for the long term, always taking individual strengths and personal circumstances into account.
