A plush, quiet and a safe haven for models looking to kill time in between castings, the model-run Model Hideout is London’s newest and most prominent model resource, catering to both the mental and physical needs of female models, leading a busy life in the fashion industry.
The Model Hideout opened in August 2012 and re-launched in February 2013 at the May Fair Hotel on Stratton Street.
The Model Hideout is not just a club where fashion’s young and beautiful can congregate over a can of diet coke and a cigarette (you won’t find either in sight at the Hideout!). The Hideout places a strong emphasis on helping models maintain a healthy lifestyle and work-balance relationship by providing complimentary organic snacks and refreshments, as well as a place to rest. Wi-Fi, Blackberry and iPhone chargers are also available for use at the Hideout, along with a vast supply of fashion magazines for research.
Currently, the Hideout is open 11:00AM — 17:00PM (Mon-Fri, All year-round). Models are encouraged to check the Hideout’s website, Twitter and Facebook page for up-to-date hours.
Models can obtain a membership card by either contacting the Hideout or by contacting their agency.
