In the Spring of 2005, model agent Monica Boselli founded No Ties Management in San Diego, CA. Her idea was to create a modeling agency in Southern California that develops new talent into models that work not only in the most prestigious fashion markets in the world, but also locally. The agency is committed to finding raw and undiscovered talent, mostly by street scouting, then working one on one — creating an image, a portfolio and eventually a career. No Ties Mgmt also signs high-end models from around the world for bookings from nearby Los Angeles to the surrounding markets in the US.
Born and raised in Italy, Monica earned her reputation as an international agent working with Elite Worldwide and Fashion Models in Italy and the US. During her early days as an agent, Monica had the opportunity to help start the careers of many successful models such as Carmen Kass, Mariacarla Boscono, Trish Goff and Molly Sims.
